Unverified User the service was very slow! I don't think it was the waitress' fault because she re-filled our drinks as needed, but we did not see much food going out. It was almost 45 min. to get our food, and then the toast was ice cold and the pancakes were cold too. Very disappointing11 days ago

Unverified User I asked the hostess and server about making sure there was no gluten in the cheese or that my eggs didn't get contaminated. They assured me that the omelet was safe to eat. I eat and leave and immediately got diarrhea so they did not make sure my food was gluten-free. I will not eat there again.11 days ago

candde1@... My wife and I stopped in at Ihop in Rock Springs, Wy., Aug. 16, 2010, we ordered our supper and paid for it when finished. Then on the way out we noticed on the door that two seniors could eat for the price of one. We are seniors, The manager said he could not refund because we had paid by MasterCard. He gave me two $5.00 coupons and said these are good in any Ihop. Today we discovered they are expired.12 days ago

Unverified User Had the nutella blitzes this morning, August 19. Were very good except that there was almost no nutella in the blitzes. There is supposed to be bananas in them also. Had only one small piece of banana. Would be nice if there was enough nutella to taste it and a few pieces of banana.14 days ago

What makes this place good are the people serving us --great staff. Today just a little problem had a long wait for food (cook problem). reason some of the food arrived cold--but kids ate everthing. But we will continue going. Bill was $78.31.

Unverified User It was the WORST. Ihop is a cheap eat, but still should taste decent w/ a great presentation, not look like it was thrown together. The pancakes was dry & flakey; and my guest had eggs that had a dry hard substance around the sides like egg beaters. The minionade, did not look like the picture. Just a bad experience for $20.
